Our curriculum-based programming- based on US Youth Soccer's Player Development Model, US Soccer's 2017 Player Development Initiatives, and the current play-practice-play training format- is taught by experienced, licensed coaches focusing on developing the individual as a player and as a person in a holistic team environment by instilling a growth mindset to learn and improve and reach the next level.

FC Dulles understands that soccer is a long term development sport. Our players are always looking to improve through effort, integrity, dedication, respect, and accepts challenges to overcome obstacles and succeed. Our coaching objectives are to develop technically confident players who display resiliency and learn composure under pressure.

FC Dulles participates in local competitive leagues including NCSL, one of the traditional highest competitions in the region that now provides a pathway for teams to play at the highest level in the State, Regional, and National competitions.

FC Dulles also plays in the Golazo!! Winter Futsal League and is a current member of Virginia Futsal (VYSA).

FC Dulles's competitive teams play in pre- and post-season tournaments in the Fall and Spring seasons.

We look forward to working with the youth of our community to teach our young players the game of soccer, develop integrity, and help them develop a love and passion for the beautiful game. Come experience our culture, get familiar with our training and understand our goals.
