Covid Update (11/18/2020): The FC Dulles Golazo!! Winter Outdoor Soccer League will continue monitoring local and state guidelines and protocols. Based on the latest guidance from the Governor's office we'll continue with our protocols that have been in place for several months and continue to move forward with our planned start date of the weekend of 12/5 & 6.
Weekend Play Dates (1 game/week on either Saturday or Sunday. Schedule will be determined by the amount of teams entered):

Travel Teams are required to use their 2020-2021 official state rosters w/ up to 8 guest players allowed. Guest players are required to have an active travel player ID card or REC ID card.
REC Teams are required to have a REC player card & roster provided by your home club or FC Dulles can provide at an addition cost of $15/player.
All teams must submit a copy of your roster and have your player ID cards available to present to the referee prior to each game as part of the routine check-in procedure.Guest players are to be hand written on the bottom of the official roster.
A team rep will be required to state and sign the bottom of the team roster that the team has performed and passed their health check before each game.

Communication from the league will be via e-mail and this website. Players signed up as individuals and placed on an FC Dulles team will be using TeamSnap as their communicaiton platform.
Payment must be received before a team will be considered for acceptance.
If the tournament is cancelled due to COVID, there will be a refund of league fees as noted below:

FC Dulles guidelines will employ current guidelines and protocols for COVID.
Team Reps will be required to submit the COVID process waiver attesting that each player has signed the COVID Hold Harmless Waiver and that each player will perform their health check prior to each game.
