Registration, Selection, and Payment Process for the upcoming 2022-2023 season

New players to FC Dulles

  1. Register for tryout evaluations (Registration). A $25 tryout fee will be charged (Tryout Fee Policy).
  2. Attend tryouts/evaluations 
  3. Selection. An invite will be sent via email when selected to join the Travel Academy.
  4. Accept: a $175 commit deposit is required within 5 days of the date of invite. 
  5. Payment: On June 15, an invoice will be sent by email for the remaining balance of tuition to be paid in full (5% discount) or the first payment of an installment plan. 5 or 10 month plans available.

Returning players to FC Dulles

  1. Invite: will be sent April 13 to join the team for the 2022-23 season. 
  2. Accept: a $175 commit deposit is required within 5 days of the date of invite.
  3. Payment: On June 15, an invoice will be sent by email for the remaining balance of tuition to be paid in full (5% discount) or the first payment of an installment plan. 5 or 10 month plans available.

Players will only be added to their team's VYSA Official State Roster when they have paid their initial commit deposit. Once on the Official State Roster players will not be released from an FC Dulles team before the last game of the 2023 Spring season until all release fees are paid in full. (see FC Dulles Financial Policy). There are no refunds as per the FC Dulles refund policy. However, if a team is not formed tuition will be refunded less any credit card fees (if paid by credit card) and the player released from the roster. 

Online credit card orders (including installment payments) will incur a convenience fee depending on the type of credit card used. Cash and check payments will not be subject to service fees and can be paid directly to the club. All cash payments must be paid directly to president Darryl Forrest. 

Scholarship Applicants will be required to pay the commit deposit fill out an application form (link will be available with online registration), if approved remaining payments will be adjusted to reflect the amount of scholarship award. All scholarship recipients will be required to pay at least 50% of the yearly tuition.
