ADAP for Advanced U6-U8 Players Born in 2015, 2016, 2017

FC Dulles will be conducting evaluations for the 2022-2023 ADAP program for advanced U6-U8 players (boys and girls) born in 2015-2017 starting in June. 

Pre-registration is required to attend the evaluation sessions. Once registered the player will be added to Team Snap for schedule and cancelation updates. We can only send cancelation updates and invites to players who are registered.



Tryout Fee Policy

**Tryout Fee Policy: Effective 2/1/2022. Because of past experiences and to avoid confusion for our prospective members committed to FC Dulles and to help efficiently manage administrative time, a $25 fee will be assessed when registering for all travel team tryouts and ADAP evaluations. Should the player successfully make and join either the travel team or ADAP program the $25 fee will be applied to that player's tuition for the season they are trying out for or being evaluated for. Should the player attend and not make the travel team or ADAP program, the $25 fee will be credited to the player's account to use in any future FC Dulles program. The $25 credit is non transferable.

"The Crossover to Travel Soccer"

ADAP is an advanced year around training program for U7 - U8 players who are looking to learn, improve and be part of a travel team. This program is for players who love the game of soccer and are passionate and committed to the game to become the best that they can be to reach the next level. The objective of the ADAP is to prepare players to become FC Dulles Academy Travel players.

  • What We Teach: The ADAP program utilizes an advanced FC Dulles Curriculum to focus on building individual technical skills including passing & receiving, agility, & coordination through age-appropriate small-sided games in a fun, learning environment. The objective of the ADAP is to prepare players for the next level: FC Dulles’s Academy Travel Program

  • ADAP Training & Game Schedule- Fall- Sept. Late August) thru early Nov.); Spring (late March/early April thru early June). Training 1 hr. sessions, 2x/week (typicially M/F from 6-7 PM). Competition- 1 game/weekend (late-Saturday afternoon 4pm or 5pm) in-house, and when possible, competition with neighboring clubs. The club may also choose to play in an end-of-the-season festival (xtra cost of approx. $40/player/festival) typically in mid-Nov. and mid-June. 

Winter outdoor training (1x/weekday- 7 sessions) and weekend competition (Golazo!! Outdoor Winter League) are included in the tuition. Winter indoor futsal training and competition (if the Club decides to play) are additional costs. 

  • Our Coaches:Our Technical Director is the head coach of this pivotal group

  • Evaluations: ADAP coaches conduct evaluations to identify ADAP players in June (and throughout the summer- including evaluation sessiions in August) for the following seasonal year starting in the Fall. Rolling evaluations are conducted through the Winter for the Spring season on Monday nights in January, February, & March. Please contact Coach Marcelo ( to arrange for an evaluation. All players must pre-register before attending an evaluation session.
  • Tuition: $595 for full 2021-22 season ($300 for the Spring season only). Includes FFX County Field User fees, VYSA insurance fee. Installment plans are available.
  • Not included in tuition fee: Required ADAP uniform for new players ($60)

  • Effective 1/2/2020: Credit card orders will be charged an additional service fee. The service fee applies to all online payments and covers the cost of the Demosphere registration system, including data privacy, security and PCI compliance. Customers paying by cash or check will not incur a service fee and will not be an active registration until payment is received.

FC Dulles is committed to serving the needs of our community and dedicated to providing all players an opportunity to play who have a desire to learn and improve as soccer players, and to develop a passion for the game of soccer.  Need-based scholarships are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

Scholarship application process:

  1. Log-on and register for appropriate program
  2. Choose the installment payment plan
  3. Pay the first installment (cash, check, credit card)
  4. Fill our the scholarship request form by following the link provided in the email confirmation.

Once the form is filled out and the first payment has been received and processed the application will be reviewed and the scholarship amount awarded. The club will adjust the remaining payments according to the award amount.

Please note: all scholarship applicants will be expected to pay at lease 50% of their tuition. The scholarship only covers partial tuition. Uniforms, additional fees, and player's equipment are not covered by the scholarship award.
